FAULTY PROFILE
The Department have five teaching faculty with more than ten years of teaching and research experience. The academic and research expertise of the faculty is well established in the results and publications made in peer reviewed journals. There are three supporting staff to maintain the department and the laboratories. The faculty are actively involved in teaching UG/PG subjects and research activities.

FACILITIES
The department of Pharmaceutical Analysis has three laboratories, including the one earn marked for Advanced Instrumentation Centre.
The research laboratory in the department is equipped with sophisticated analytical instruments like
- Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry with triple quadrupole mass analyzer (LC-MS/MS - 8030),
- Liquid Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry with single quadrupole mass analyzer (LC-MS - 2020),
- Optimum Pressure Layer Chromatography (OPLC)
- High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with different detector configurations (Photo diode array detector, Dual Wavelength UV Detector and UV-VIS detectors),
- UV – VIS Spectrophotometer,
- FT- IR Spectrophotometer,
- Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS),
- Conventional instruments like Fluorimeters, Flame Photometers etc.
The department is also equipped with a departmental library and a seminar hall for the benefit of the PG scholars.
