Mentorship Program

Every faculty in the department has been assigned with 3 students posting for clinical in the department of medicine. Mentors shall meet each student’s atleast once in a month and following are the responsibilities of the mentors carried out to address the student’s grievances

• To check their regularity in attending the clinical postings and theory class.
• To alert the students about shortage of attendance.
• To addresses about the academic difficulties related issues.
• To motivate them to participate in research activities.
• To give support for the presentation at local/state and national conferences.
• To guide them about the ICMR-STS projects and help them in publications along with authorship.
