Abstarct Submission

Researchers, clinicians, academicians, and students are invited to submit original research abstracts for oral and poster presentations.

Abstracts aligned with the following thematic areas in precision antibiotic therapy and antimicrobial resistance are welcome.

Analytical Methods for Quantification of Antimicrobials in Biological Samples

  • LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and advanced bioanalytical techniques
  • Quantification of antimicrobials in plasma and biological matrices
  • Method development and validation studies of antimicrobials in biological matrices

Therapeutic Drug Monitoring-Based Dose Optimization and Personalized Dosing Strategies

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Healthcare professionals, Academicians, Industry Professionals, Researchers, and students interested in presenting at the conference related to the relevant themes can submit an abstract using the Google form link

  1. Original research studies/systematic reviews /narrative reviews related to the given themes will be accepted.
  2. The word limit for the abstract is 300.
  3. The abstract should be uploaded in Google form as a PDF.
  4. The last date to submit the abstract is 15th April 2026.
  5. Abstract title should be brief (maximum 30 words).
  6. The abstract for original research studies/systematic reviews/narrative reviews should include:
    • Introduction/Background
    • Objectives
    • Methods and materials, including ethical considerations
    • Results/ Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Keywords (Minimum 5)
  7. Indicate the preferred method of presentation: Oral/Poster and Indicate the theme category.
  8. Submitting the declaration form is mandatory to approve the abstract (format is available on the Google form).
  9. The scientific committee will send the confirmation mail for future correspondence.
  10. The abstract will be checked for similarity index. If the content is found to be plagiarized, it will be sent back to the presenting author for modification.
  11. All submitted abstracts will be carefully evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
  12. Approved abstracts will be notified within 10 days of submission.
  13. The detailed guidelines for the Oral/E-Poster presentation will be informed once the abstract is accepted.
  14. Best presentation (Oral and E- Poster) will be awarded.
  15. Only the presenting author will receive a certificate for the oral and E- Poster presentation.
  16. Presented papers (oral/posters) will be published in the conference proceedings/Scopus/Web of Science Journal.
