About Center for Continuous & Life Long Learning for Professional Excellence (CCLPE)

The Center for Continuous & Life Long Learning for Professional Excellence (CCLPE) was established in 2009. The CCLPE and education units of the constituent colleges and departments primarily focus on faculty development, curriculum planning and implementation, student support, policy making for student induction, improving teaching strategies, student assessment. CCLPE aims to train the faculty to empower them with newer educational technologies.

CCLPE has the vision to develop into a center of excellence in educational research and engender evidence by scholarly activities.

Vision

To be a Centre of excellence and offer faculty development programs to nurture the health care professionals and enable them with the newer approach to teaching & learning and assessment process.

Mision

To train the health care professionals in the use of the principles and methods in education technology efficiently and effectively and to develop into a center of excellence in educational research.

Objectives

To create awareness amongst the teachers regarding the principles and methods in education technology.To initiate and motivate teachers to evolve educational strategies for better learning outcomes. To disseminate knowledge and allow diffusion of activities to the constituent college education units. To assist the human resource development center of the deemed to be university in conduction of faculty induction programs, faculty development programs, orientation programs and refresher courses for the faculty. To Promote educational research at JSSAHER. To conduct training programs for faculty and students for nurturing the research initiatives of the deemed to be university. To promote and implement interprofessional education and practice. To organize workshops/ seminars and conferences in education technologies and promote the activities of CCLPE.
