Library and Information Center
The College Library known as “INFORMATION CENTRE” is located at the first floor of the College building in a clean and quiet atmosphere. The centre is well furnished with wooden reading tables with separate lighting system and comfortable chairs, journal s & new arrival display racks and one charging and discharging counter. The library is computerized by the Library Management Software “Easy-lib” to achieve the accuracy and speed up the transactions. The software supports Barcode Technology.
The library has huge collection of about 11000 books, pharmaceutical journals, encyclopedias, dictionaries, indexes, manuals, periodicals of various pharmaceutical disciplines. It subscribes to more than 1000 National and International journals of Pharmacy.

JSS College of Pharmacy library is a vital center of knowledge for college students & staff. It provides traditional & innovative library services to right user at right time, which reflects the diverse & dynamic spirit of JSS University community.
Objectives
Provide reading habit among the students Support teaching, learning & research activities. Provide user friendly atmosphere. Serve as an information resource centre of the college where information will be acquired, analyzed and stored, disseminated and used by all those seeking to learn, discover and create new knowledge.

Internet & Information Centre
The library has a well equipped information centre, a internet section with a dedicated lease line to cater the need of the students regarding their internet services .It has 25 PCs and other accessories to cater to the needs of users to access, databases, e-books, e-journals and other e-resources. The entire library and the campus is in Wi-Fi enabled and the internet access is given for staff and student free of cost . Users are allowed to use their laptops in the library.Photocopying facility is available in our library for both students and staff at a nominal cost.
