- The BD FACS Lyric™ Flow Cytometry System is a next-generation cell analysis platform, designed with a strong foundation of excellence, expertise, and innovation. Equipped with three lasers—blue, red, and violet—it supports analysis of 12 to 14 parameters. The system features automated single-tube quality control using BD™ CS&T beads, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. It offers a high acquisition rate of up to 35,000 events per second, with no limit on the total number of events that can be collected.
- Flow cytometry is a powerful technique used to analyze cells, such as various blood cells from both humans and mice. It enables a wide range of applications, including immune phenotyping, cell signalling analysis, cell population-based drug screening, and cell death assays.

Note:
- Only 10–12 samples can be analyzed per hour, as the machine must be cleaned between runs to prevent carryover.
- The amount mentioned per hour applies only to sample acquisition.
- If you request antibodies from us (for example, for an apoptosis assay such as Annexin V/7AAD/PI), the cost of each antibody will be charged separately at ₹680 per sample.
- The raw data will be stored in the system for only three months. Please ensure that you collect your data soon after the analysis is completed.
- Quotation will be generated based on the User Requirement.

Solvent charges are additional and vary by solvent type. For example, CDCl₃ and D₂O are charged at ₹100 per sample, while DMSO-d₆ is ₹200 per sample. However, internal samples and noD NMR are exempt from solvent charges.
