Roles and Responsibilities

1. Initial Evaluation of Applications: Review startup applications, business plans, and proposals submitted incubation, funding, or acceleration. Ensure applications meet basic eligibility criteria before detailed assessment.
2. Assessment of Startup Viability: for Evaluate the feasibility, innovation, and potential impact of the startup product/service. Analyze the market opportunity, business model, and competitive advantage.
3. Due Diligence: Verify the credentials of founders and key team members. Assess the startup's financial health, intellectual property, and legal compliance.
4. Shortlisting Startups: Select startups for the next phase of evaluation (pitching, interviews, demo days). Provide constructive feedback or recommendations for improvement applicants.

6. Ensure startups align with the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the incubation or funding program. Promote startups that contribute to specific sectors or themes as defined by the program.
7. Confidentiality and Ethics: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding startup information and intellectual property. Ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation process.
8. Coordination and Reporting: Collaborate with other committees or mentors for expert opinions if required. Prepare reports and recommendations for the program management team.
9. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to screening criteria and processes based on experiences. Stay updated with trends in startup ecosystems and sectors relevant to the program
