Biochemistry at JSS AHER – Where Fundamentals Meet Research
The Division of Biochemistry, School of Life Sciences, JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru, is a growing academic and research unit established in 2014, offering B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. programs.
With a dedicated team of seven Ph.D.-qualified faculty members, including three with international research experience, the Division provides a strong foundation in biochemical sciences, supported by hands-on laboratory training and research exposure.
Students benefit from a concept-driven curriculum, practical skill development, and opportunities in internships and research projects, preparing them for higher studies, research careers, and industry roles.
