Note
Abstract must be in English and within the scope of the conference Thematic Areas. They must be submitted electronically and will be evaluated via a blind peer review process. The best abstracts will be selected for Oral presentations during the conference.

Guideline for Oral Presentation

  • The total time for each oral presentation is 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.
  • The presenter must strictly adhere to the allotted time of 10 minutes.
  • All presentations must be in, or converted to, Microsoft Power Point.
  • The Presenters should send the Power Point presentation to the Email ID: iabaconference2025@gmail.com

Guideline for Poster Presentation

  • Poster Size and Orientation
    • Dimensions: Posters should be 3 feet (width) and 4 feet (height).
  • Content Guidelines
    • Title: Use a large font size (at least 72 pt) for the title, matching the title of your abstract.
    • Authors and Affiliations: List authors' names and institutional affiliations below the title in a smaller font (e.g., 48-60 pt).
    • Sections to Include:
      • Introduction: Briefly introduce your research topic, significance, and objectives
      • Methods: Summarize the methods used concisely, focusing on key techniques.
      • Results: Present findings with visuals (charts, graphs, images) that illustrate data effectively.
      • Conclusion: State key conclusions and implications. Optionally, suggest future research directions.
      • Acknowledgments and References: Include funding sources and key references in a smaller font (e.g., 20-24 pt).
  • Design and Layout
    • Font Size: Ensure text is legible from a distance; main text should be at least 24-36 pt.
    • Color Scheme: Use a clear, contrasting color scheme for readability. Avoid excessive colors or patterns.
    • Visuals: Include high-resolution images, graphs, and charts, using captions for each visual element.
    • Spacing: Maintain a balanced layout with ample white space to avoid crowding.

• Participants must put up their posters at the designated poster number. Poster numbers will be put up on the notice board near the conference venue.
