AYURDENTOCON-2024 commenced with great enthusiasm, bringing together over 600 delegates from Ayurveda and Dentistry across India. The inauguration began with an Invocation Song, followed by the ceremonial Lighting of the Lamp by the dignitaries. Dr. M.R. Dakshayini, Principal of JSS Dental College, delivered the welcome address, highlighting the collaboration between Ayurveda and Dentistry. Dr. Sarbeswar Kar, Principal of JSS Ayurveda Medical College, outlined the vision of the conference, while Chief Guest Dr. Aravind Varchaswi, Managing Director of Sri Sri Tattva, and Guest of Honour Dr. Manjunatha B, Registrar of JSSAHER, stressed the significance of integrating traditional and modern healthcare systems

Dr. Aiyanna, Associate Professor at JSSAMC, and Dr. Sowmya H.K., Lecturer at JSS Dental College, co-hosted the inauguration, ensuring the proceedings ran smoothly. Registration was efficiently managed by Dr. Kathyayani C.P., Dr. Suma S., Dr. Varun, and Dr. Nagausha, in coordination with the Ayurvedic Medical College team

The event featured insightful sessions led by key speakers, including Dr. M.R. Dakshayini, Dr. Suhas S., Professor and Head of OMR at Sri Siddhartha Dental College, Tumkur, Dr. Rajesh Srinivasan, Director of B.V. Pandit, and Dr. Vivek J., an Ayurvedic Dentist and Surgeon, who discussed Ayurvedic approaches to oral health

Scientific sessions were held in five parallel halls, coordinated by Dr. Prathiba Shashi Kumar, Dr. Brinda Suhas Godhi, Dr. Seema Deshmukh, Dr. Sreeshyla H.S., Dr. Meenakshi S., and Dr. Sheetal. With 140 scientific presentations, the conference showcased cutting-edge interdisciplinary research. Hospitality for the event was handled by Dr. Ravi M.B. and Dr. Shubhankar, with support from the Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital

The valedictory ceremony, hosted by Dr. Sowmya S., began with a welcome address by Dr. Suma S., Reader at JSS Dental College. Dr. Sandhya Rani and Dr. Sushma R., co-conveners, presented a comprehensive conference report, highlighting the key moments of AYURDENTOCON-2024. The ceremony recognized outstanding research in Ayurveda and Dentistry, with awards for the best paper and poster presentations, led by Dr. Sunitha S. Chief Guest Dr. Madhu C.P. and Dr. Rajesh Udapudi delivered inspiring closing remarks. Dr. Kathyayini C.P. expressed gratitude to the organizing team and participants, ensuring the conference concluded on a high note and encouraging future collaborations in holistic healthcare
