Assessment Method:

At the end of the course, participants will be required to demonstrate their understanding of dental clinic setup and practice management through a detailed project submission, which will include:
1. Comprehensive Clinic Planning: Participants will be required to prepare a comprehensive area plan for the dental clinic, including a waiting room, working area, sterilization area, cleaning and packing area, radiography area, and any other relevant areas. The plan should be detailed and include layout designs, equipment specifications, and any necessary regulatory requirements.
2. Budget and Financing Proposal: Participants will prepare a detailed budget and financing proposal that outlines the estimated costs associated with setting up a dental clinic, including rentals, equipment costs, regulatory charges, treatment costs, and estimated returns including yearly depreciations. The proposal should be comprehensive and include realistic projections for revenue and expenses.
3. Practice Management Strategy: Participants will present a detailed practice management strategy to a panel of experts. The strategy should cover topics such as marketing, financial management, patient relations, technology, and any other relevant areas. The strategy should be practical and focused on maximizing the success of the dental clinic.
