M.Pharm (Pharmacy Practice) is a two-year professional post graduate program that is recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The course entails study in a wide range of subjects that are focused in training the students as professionals to provide patient oriented services. The two years program allows integration of learning, and development of skills, professional attitudes, and research culture. Given the broad range of courses studied, students may choose from a wide variety of career prospects to pursue their vocation.
The program of study for M.Pharm. shall extend over a period of four semesters (two academic years). The curricula and syllabi for the program shall be prescribed from time to time by Phamacy Council of India, New Delhi. Each semester shall consist of not less than 100 working days.

Ms. Shilpa Palaksha is presently working as Asst.Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice. She is specializing in the area of Pulmonology and Drug Allergy. In her 6 years of teaching experience, she has published 2 scientific papers in peer reviewed national journals. She has guided 3 PG and 4 PharmD students and presently guiding 2 PG and 4 PharmD students. She is a member of Indian Pharmaceutical Association.
