Have made a memorable contribution to the fortunes of organizations through my dedication and sincerity.  About seventeen years of rich experience in the area of Dentistry, Management and Teaching.  Possess good knowledge of business communication and use of computer system.  Also possess good interpersonal skills, commitment and ability to adapt to variety of working environment. 

Appointed as faculty and course coordinator for MBA Hospital administration course at JSS University in October 2013. Earlier, worked as Project coordinator at JSS University since September 2010. The job profile included compilation and preparation of annual report of the university, coordinating the academic activities and various programmes of the university, academic and research collaborations with other organizations and universities - both national and international, associate editor for publication of JSS University newsletter and journal (IJHAS), compiling and preparing the presentations of the university, coordinated Publication analysis and publications by the university, member of NAAC coordinating committee of the university.

To encourage creativity and high-order thinking in a way that increases student performance along with contributing to the growth of the organisation.

Innovative and self-directed individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable to change, quick to learn, able to cope, take decisions by systematically analyzing situations, and take initiative for problem resolutions.

Dr Shalini N,Asst Professor ,Department of Health System Management Studies, is a proud UG alumini of JSS Dental college and Hospital  & done her MBA in 2010 ,completed PhD in Faculty of Management studies.She had practiced  Dentistry  for more than 7 years and also have a teaching experience of 8 years.She had played a key role in setting up and maintaining Dental wing for Ex Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) Vadodara.

She is focused and competent to work in highly diverse environment with her excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

She is currently the cultural  committe coordinator. UGC coordinator,Member of Institutional innovation center, News letter editor in the Department of Health System Management Studies.

In the field of hospital adminitration and Service quality in the hospitals along with Operation research and statistics.
