Dr Shalini N,Asst Professor ,Department of Health System Management Studies, is a proud UG alumini of JSS Dental college and Hospital & done her MBA in 2010 ,completed PhD in Faculty of Management studies.She had practiced Dentistry for more than 7 years and also have a teaching experience of 8 years.She had played a key role in setting up and maintaining Dental wing for Ex Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) Vadodara.
She is focused and competent to work in highly diverse environment with her excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
She is currently the cultural committe coordinator. UGC coordinator,Member of Institutional innovation center, News letter editor in the Department of Health System Management Studies.
In the field of hospital adminitration and Service quality in the hospitals along with Operation research and statistics.
