Services

Storage Services

Hub for storage facility including 4°C, −20°C, −80°C and liquid nitrogen cryopreservation (−196°C) to ensure optimal short- and long-term preservation of biospecimens fully backed up with 24/7 power support.

LCMS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry)

LCMS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry) enables precise identification and quantification of biomolecules in biological samples. It supports advanced analysis of metabolites, drugs, and biomarkers.

Automated Tissue processor

The Tissue Processor ensures efficient and standardized processing of tissue specimens for histopathological evaluation by preserving cellular architecture

Automated Microtome

The Microtome enables precise cutting of ultra-thin tissue sections for detailed microscopic examination.

Automated IMMUNOHISTO CHEMISTRY (IHC)

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is a specialized technique used to detect specific antigens in tissue sections using targeted antibodies. It enables precise visualization of protein expression patterns and plays a crucial role in disease characterization, biomarker identification

Automated Stainer

Automated Stainer streamlines the staining process for tissue and slide samples with high precision and consistency

Gel documentation

Gel Documentation System captures and analyzes high-resolution images of electrophoresis gels and western blots, enabling accurate visualization, quantification, and record-keeping of DNA, RNA, or protein bands

Conventional PCR

Thermal Cycler enables precise amplification of DNA through controlled temperature cycling for PCR applications. It supports rapid and reliable analysis of genetic material

Real time PCR

Real-Time PCR (qPCR) is a sensitive molecular technique used to amplify and quantify DNA or RNA in real time during the amplification process.

NanoDrop (Quantification)

NanoDrop enables rapid quantification and purity assessment of DNA/RNA using very small sample volumes.

6-Part Differential Cell Counter

6-Part Differential Cell Counter is an automated hematology analyzer that classifies white blood cells into six distinct populations. It also provides rapid, accurate measurement of other blood parameters including RBC, hemoglobin, platelet, reticulocytes, RBC indices, nRBC, IRF, IPF etc

Multiplate Reader

Multiplate Reader enables high-throughput analysis of multiple samples simultaneously in microplate formats. It supports various assays such as ELISA, protein quantification, and cell-based studies with high sensitivity

Cytology Services

Our comprehensive cytology services include FNAC with and without imaging guidance such as CT, USG, and endoscopy for precise sample collection. We offer fluid cytology, cell block preparation, PAP smear screening, and staining services for early detection of cellular abnormalities.

Collection of Biospecimens

It is recommended to collect the biospecimens in labeled TARSON cryovials.

A duly filled service request form must be submitted for storing the biospecimen through the portal available on www.jssuni.edu.in

A duly filled retrieval form to be submitted after completion of storage duration through the portal available on www.jssuni.edu.in
