The FAIMER Fellowship is an internationally recognized programme that equips health professions educators with advanced knowledge and skills in educational leadership, curriculum innovation, teaching-learning methodologies, assessment, and research in medical and dental education

As part of the fellowship, Dr. Deshmukh completed an Innovation Project titled 'Development, Validation and Implementation of an Immersive Learning-Based SKIL Toolkit: A Mixed Method Study.'
