The Library & Information Center of JSS Dental College & Hospital, Mysuru, organized an informative training session on “EBSCO Information Service” on 26th May 2026 at the Smart Classroom for teaching faculty and postgraduate students

The session was conducted by Mr. M. S. Srinivasa, Training Manager, EBSCO, who demonstrated the effective utilization of EBSCOhost databases for academic and clinical research. The session covered advanced search techniques, access to scholarly journals, e-books, research articles, citation tools, and literature search strategies

The program was highly interactive, with active participation from faculty members and postgraduate students through live demonstrations and discussions. To encourage engagement and learning, a quiz competition was also conducted, and prizes were awarded to the top four performers
