To commemorate the 109th Jayanthi of Jagadguru Dr. Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamiji and Rashtriya Poshan Maah 2024, the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at JSS AHER hosted a national webinar titled “Nourish & Connect: Entrepreneurship and Social Skills in Nutrition.” Moderated and organized by Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, alongside Convenor Dr. Raveesha KA, the online event equipped students and teaching staff with critical insights into career growth, market prospects, and interpersonal traits. Industry founders Mr. Vignesh Prabakaran and Ms. Aswini S shared foundational strategies for building a nutrition brand from scratch, while performance nutritionist Ms. Deepika V highlighted future perspectives in athletic counseling using nutrigenomics. Concluding with positive feedback and a formal vote of thanks, the highly impactful session successfully advanced key global initiatives.
