The teaching faculty of JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty actively participated in the Pharmacy Teachers Sports Meet 2026, organized by the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTICON–TN) in association with United College of Pharmacy, Coimbatore. The event was held at the UCP campus from March 28 to March 29, 2026.

This event marked a historic milestone as it was the first state-level sports meet in India exclusively organized for pharmacy teachers, providing a unique platform for faculty members from various institutions to showcase their athletic talents while fostering inter-institutional collaboration and camaraderie.

The meet witnessed enthusiastic participation from 27 pharmacy colleges across Tamil Nadu, with approximately 700 registered participants, making it a grand and vibrant event.
