We are pleased to share the successful completion of a two-day Capacity Building Workshop on Soft Skills held on March 26th and 27th, 2026, organized for faculty members, PhD scholars, and project staff. The workshop brought together 25 participants, fostering an interactive and collaborative learning environment. The sessions were designed to strengthen key competencies such as effective communication, teamwork, time management, creativity, and digital skills, all essential for professional excellence.
