A faculty training programme was successfully conducted during the months of July and August for the clinical departments of General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Anaesthesia, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG), General Surgery, and Paediatrics. The training aimed to enhance clinical competencies, improve teaching skills, and strengthen department-specific knowledge and practices. Faculty members from all the participating departments actively engaged in the sessions, which included hands-on demonstrations, case-based discussions, and skill-enhancement modules. The programme contributed significantly to improving the overall quality of teaching and patient care within the institution. 120 faculties attended the faculty development training.
