In regard to our recent visit and signing of MoU with The University of Newcastle, Australia, we are pleased to share that JSSAHER and JSSCP, Ooty had the privilege of hosting a special dinner in honour of Dr.Moungi G. Bewandi, Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2023, (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, USA) recognized for his groundbreaking contributions for the discovery and synthesis of quantum dots.

The dinner meet was held at Hotel Le Royal Meridien, Chennai, on 18 Dec 2025, and was jointly organized in collaboration with the Indian Chemical Society and Madras Christian College, Chennai.
