The Constitution Day (Samvidhana Divas), also known as 'National Law Day', is celebrated in India on 26th day of November every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26 November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted to the Constitution of India, and it came into effect on 26 January 1950.The Constitution Day was observed in JSS Medical College at Dissection Hall in the Department of Anatomy on 26th November 2025 to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. The event was witnessed and supported by the Vice Principal Dr. Dr Praveen Kulkarni, Administrative Officer Mr Satish Chandra and Dr Deepa Bhat, Professor, Department of Anatomy, JSS Medical College, Mysuru. The gathering was addressed by Mr. Satish Chandra, the Administrative Officer, who emphasized the significance of Constitution Day. He noted that the observance of National Constitution Day maintains our connections and honors Dr., the architect of the Indian Constitution. Bhimrao Ambedkar, disseminating his philosophies and thoughts that transcend time. Later, the “Constitution Day” oath was administered by NSS Program Officer, Dr Manu G during the event. The event was coordinated by Dr Manu G and Mr Manjunatha, NSS Program Officers.
