Department of Pharmacy Practice, JSSCPM in association with Skill and Simulation Lab of JSS Medical College & Hospital and ADR Monitoring Centre at JSS Hospital, Mysuru organized an awareness program on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR) for students of JSS Bala Jagath School, Mysuru on 15th October 2025 with the aim of creating awareness on the importance of timely CPR, demonstrate basic life-saving techniques, and empower young learners to act confidently during medical emergencies. The Speaker of the awareness program was Dr. Archana S, Associate Professor, Department of Anesthesiology, JSSMC and Mr. Balaji S, Assistant Professor, JSSCPM. Dr. Archana explained and demonstrated the steps involved in performing CPR while Mr. Balaji spoke on Do’s and Don’ts to be followed while performing CPR. A total of 95 students and 5 faculty of the school participated in the program.
