On 31 May 2025, a Bird Watching and Environmental Education Program was organized in collaboration with the Environmental Management and Policy Research Institute (EMPRI), Government of Karnataka. The program aimed to connect students and the general public with biodiversity conservation practices, create awareness about avian diversity, and highlight the role of birds as ecological indicators. By combining field-based learning with environmental education, the initiative encouraged participants to embrace sustainability and conservation values.
