On the occasion of World Cancer Day, program was held on 04-02-2025 to create awareness about Cancer and it's treatment for the public in JSS Hospital, Mysuru Lobby. Present on the occasion were Dr.Basavanna Gowdappa, Vice Chancellor, JSS AHER, Sri Mahesh, Director Medical Education, JSS MVP, Dr.C.P.Madhu, Medical Superintendent, JSS Hospital , Dr.Kiran P.K., Medical Oncologist, Dr.Ravi Krishnappa, Surgical Oncologist, Deputy Director Diagnostics Dr.Manjunath, Chief of Nursing Services Smt.Janet Mathias , AO Mr Lokesh. Smt Madhuri Tatachari was the Chief guest on the Occasion. On the Ocassion Cancer patients who got cured after taking treatment at JSS Hospital, Mysuru were felicitated. Dept of Oncology Nursing Staffs were also recognized for their good patient care on the Occasion. JSS Hospital Nursing Staffs, Non clinical staffs & General Public were present during the program. Staffs of Dept of Dietetics also informed the gathering the importance diet on the Occasion.
