Department of Anatomy, JSS Medical College conducted video presentation competition for I MBBS students on occasion of World liver day 2025 with theme Food is Medicine on April 19th 2025. The videos were evaluated by Dr.Deepti Shastri, Deputy Dean Senior professor of Anatomy VMKVMCH Salem. The prize distribution ceremony was arranged on 21st March 2025. The program was graced by Dr Narayanappa D., Principal, Dr.Praveen Kulkarni, Vice Principal (Para clinical)and Sri S.R.Sathish Chandra, Administrative Officer and Dr.Vidya C.S., Professor & HOD of Anatomy. Brief report about the competition was delivered by Dr.Pushpa N.B. and Dr.Poonam D.N. Dr.Narayanappa D, appreciated the efforts, idea of bringing out this topic and enhanced the importance of world liver day. Dr.Praveen Kulkarni congratulated the department faculties and students for the efforts and active participation. First and second prize winners were awarded certificates and prizes.
