The School of Public Health team, JSS MC, JSS AHER, along with Dr. Prashant Vishwanath, Dean Research, JSS AHER, and esteemed faculty members from AHER, proudly participated in the three-day International “RISE for Healthy Aging” Longevity India Conference held from March 10–12, 2025, at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. This prestigious event brought together global experts, researchers, startups, and innovators to discuss cutting-edge advancements in healthy aging, longevity, and geriatric health. The conference featured talk sessions, panel discussions, poster presentations, and hands-on workshops, fostering a collaborative exchange of ideas. Our team actively contributed to the event by setting up a stall, where we conducted wellness score assessments and InBody measurements for nearly 90 conference attendees. In addition, our members engaged in thought-provoking discussions, knowledge-sharing, and collaborations aimed at shaping the future of aging research and public health interventions. ?? Dr. Anil S Bilimale delivered an insightful talk on 'JSS Panchamantra – A Lifestyle for Longevity,' emphasizing the integration of Physical Activity, Rest & Sleep, Mental Well-being, Nutrition, and Socialization into daily life. His session highlighted how these five pillars contribute to healthy aging, enhanced quality of life, and longevity. ??
