I am glad to share that, with the blessings His Holiness Swamiji, the leadership of JSS Ooty institutions had an opportunity to interact with Sri.R.N.Ravi, Hon'ble Governor (HG) of Tamilnadu on friday, 29.112024, 11 am at Raj Bhavan, Ooty.

During our interaction, HG was happy to see the representatives from JSS and expressed that whenever he visits Ooty, the first thing that comes to his mind is the JSS organisation. HG recollected his visit to JSSINYS for the inauguration of the hostel building.

Dr SP Dhanabal gave an overview of the institutions being run by JSSMVP at Ooty and progress made so far.

He was happy to note that the JSSCPO has been consistently ranked among the top pharmacy colleges in India by NIRF. Also, HG felt happy about getting NAAC A++ grade by JSSAHER.

HG further enquired about the JSS public school and the School of Life Sciences campuses.

Dr MJN Chandrasekar, Head, JSSSLS highlighted the programs being offered and its future plans.

Mrs Anitha, Principal, JSSPS, Theetukal gave an overview of the school and its accomplishments.

HG further empathised about the importance of STEM courses and the need for more research in AI and data science.

To request, HG readily accepted that he will be happy to visit the JSS institutes in Ooty and interact with the students.
