The Department of Pharmacology at JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru, organized a comprehensive two-day program titled 'Triple P - Protocol, Project & Publication' on October 25–26, 2024, at the Sri Rajendra Auditorium. The program aimed to enhance participants' skills in research methodologies, project planning, funding acquisition, and scholarly publication. This initiative underscores JSS College’s dedication to fostering academic excellence by combining experiential learning with practical application, benefiting students, researchers, and faculty in pharmacology and biomedical sciences. The primary objectives of the 'Triple P' program were to: 1. Enhance Knowledge in Research Protocols: Equip participants with fundamental research principles, stress management techniques, and effective methodologies that ensure the integrity and success of research projects. 2. Develop Project Proposal Skills: Provide in-depth guidance on drafting research proposals that align with the expectations of funding bodies, thus improving the chances of securing research grants. 3. Improve Manuscript Preparation and Publication Success: Educate participants on writing and formatting research manuscripts to enhance their publication success rate in high-impact journals.
