In a remarkable achievement, eight scientists from JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research (JSS AHER), Mysore have been ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally, according to the prestigious Stanford University, USA annual rankings. This recognition not only highlights the individual accomplishments of these researchers but also places JSS AHER in the global spotlight for its significant contributions to scientific research and innovation. The Stanford University rankings utilize standardized citation metrics to evaluate the influence and impact of researchers across 22 scientific fields and 174 sub-fields. This year, out of 2,23,252 scientists listed worldwide, 5,352 are from India, reflecting an increase from last year’s 4,635. This surge showcases India’s growing presence in the global scientific community.
