The health check up camp for POURA-KARMIKAS and the public was organized by Department of Physiology, JSS Medical College, JSSAHER, Mysuru at Metagalli on 17th July 2024 to provide essential healthcare services to these communities. Over 55 poura karmikas and members of the public attended the camp, where they received thorough medical examinations including BMI calculation, BP, Fasting blood sugar test and general health consultations by Dr.Rajeshwari.L- Prof & Head, Dr U.L.M.Vivek, Ms Prethi , Ms Shwetha Rai and Ms.Sakshi. Programme was conducted to educate hygiene practices, nutrition and preventive health care measures. Over all camp was success, promoting the well being of Poura-Karmikas and public by addressing health issues early and providing necessary medical interventions. Dr.T M Pramod Kumar- Principal, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru was present during programme.
