On the occasion of “World Breastfeeding Week 2024”, Department of Community Medicine, JSS Medical College, JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru had organized the Quiz Competition for nursing students of JSS College of Nursing, Mysuru on 1st August 2024.

32 students in a team of 2 participated in quiz competition. Elimination round was conducted for 16 teams and top 5 teams were selected for the final rounds of quiz.

The rounds included, Just a minute round, MCQ round, Genius round, Image based round, Unscramble round and Tie breaker round. Questions were also posed to the audience. Quiz was conducted by Quiz master Dr Amoghashree, Assistant Professor and Dr Rashmi S, Senior Resident, Department of Community Medicine, JSS Medical College, Mysuru.

Certificates and prizes were distributed to the participants. The event was coordinated by Dr Amoghashree, Assistant Professor, Dr Rashmi S, Senior Resident, Dr Jesymol Joy, Dr Deepshika R and Dr Koodeeshwaran, postgraduates , Department of Community Medicine, JSS MC and by Dr Ambika K, Associate Professor and Head, Dr Rashmi T N, Assistant Professor and Mrs Sandya Rani, Assistant Lecturer, Department of Pediatrics, JSS college of Nursing, Mysuru.
