The students of the School of Public Health conducted a larval survey at our medical college campus in response to a reported dengue case. The survey occurred on July 5, 2024. During the survey, the team identified several positive containers and habitats conducive to mosquito breeding. Students diligently eliminated these breeding sites to prevent mosquito larvae development. Students collected larval samples for further investigation about mosquito species. Areas covered: Boy’s hostel, Girl’s hostel, Main campus surroundings, life science campus surroundings and admin block and dental college surroundings
