From the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, as a component of V Semester BSc Sports Nutrition Practical. Students visited the gymnasium in the vicinity, to study about the types of exercises, major muscle groups and the fitness equipments used to train the specific muscle groups. Also students gained knowledge about the working of various fitness equipments.
