The Department of ENT-Head and Neck, JSS Medical College, under the aegis of Laryngology and Voice Association successfully organized the Laryngology Summit - 2024, The 12th Annual National Conference of Laryngology Society at JSS Hospital between 12th and 14th July 2024. The Conference began with a Live Surgical workshop. This academic fest included scientific deliberations, panel discussions and paper presentations by Senior and Junior consultants as well as from ENT postgraduates from various parts of the country. Also, several International faculties who are experts in the field of Laryngology took part in this conference. The inaugural function was held on 13th July at Sri Rajendra Centenary Auditorium. It was presided by Dr B Suresh, the Pro-Chancellor of JSSAHER. The chief guest for the event was Dr Sachin Gandhi who is the Founder President of the Laryngology and Voice Association. The others present at the function were Dr.Thirunnavakkarasu the President of the Laryngology and Voice Association, Dr. Nilanjan Bhowmick the Secretary, Dr.M.B.Bharathi, Prof and Head of the department and the Organising Chairman of the Laryngology summit and also President-Elect of LVA, Dr.Dinesh Organising Chairman, Dr.Babu A.R., Dr.Rakesh B.S., Dr.Suhel Hassan, Dr.Manjunath M.K. The efforts of the Department of ENT for organizing such an event which augments the knowledge in the field of Laryngology and Voice was applauded by the delegates.
