On May 17, 2024, Dept of Pharmacy Practice in association with NSS Unit, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru organized a Health Screening Program in observance of World Hypertension Day at JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru. The event aimed to raise awareness about hypertension and promote proactive health management among the employees. A total of 68 employees participated in the Health Screening Program. The turnout demonstrated the commitment of the JSS College of Pharmacy community to prioritize health and well-being. In this program, screening of BP was done for all participants. This helped identify individuals at risk of hypertension and provided valuable insights into their cardiovascular health. The Health Screening Program organized by JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru, on World Hypertension Day served as a significant initiative to promote preventive healthcare and raise awareness about hypertension among employees. By facilitating early detection, education, and community engagement, the event contributed to the overall well-being of the participants and reinforced the importance of prioritizing health in the workplace.
