The NSS Unit of JSS College of Pharmacy, in collaboration with the Department of Pharmacy Practice, conducted a comprehensive lecture on Drug and Poison Information at Mahadevapura village, Shrirangapattana taluk, Mandya district. The event took place on March 17, 2023, at 6:30 PM in the Rama Manidar Temple. Dr. M Umesh, Assistant Professor from the Department of Pharmacy Practice, led the lecture, focusing on snake bites and their management, as well as first aid methods for various types of poisonous substances. The villagers actively participated and engaged in discussions, making the event highly successful.
