This national symposium was organized by “Center of Medicinal Plant Research in Homeopathy, Emerald, The Nilgiris” under Central council for Research in Homeopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India held at Kluney Manor, Ooty on 26th and 27th February 2024. On the First day the National Symposium was inaugurated by the current Director General “Dr. Subhash Kaushik” and previous Director General “Dr. Anil Khurana”. We also get to meet our colleagues and students from our sister institute i.e., JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty. One the second the day the Dr. Logesh R. had a great interaction with “Dr. R. Murugeswaran”, Deputy Director, National Medicinal Plant Board, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. On the same day Mr. Prajwal, 1st year M. Pharm, Department of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, was awarded the 1st Prize for the poster presentation on the topic “Formulation and Evaluation of Long Pepper Syrup for Cough Suppressant”.
