I am thrilled to share the news that I have been honoured with the 'Outstanding Women Researcher' award in Orthodontics by the Venus International Foundation, Centre for Women Development. This recognition comes as a testament to the dedication and effort I have put into advancing in my academic and research journey with a special emphasis on my Ph.D., & “Breathe Healthy” initiative.

The Venus International Women Awards (VIWA) scheme, instituted in 2016 by the Centre for Advanced Research and Design (CARD) of Venus International Foundation (VIF), is committed to celebrating the achievements of women researchers. The foundation is on a noble mission to recognize the 'Best Woman Researchers' who have exhibited creativity and excellence in their respective disciplines.

The Centre for Women Development (CWD), a vital part of this foundation, is globally connected, bringing together over 850-woman professionals from 20 countries. Their aim is to advance women in science and technology at every stage of their lives and careers, thereby making a meaningful difference for the benefit of humanity. The CWD provides 'Equal Visibility Opportunities for Women, Supporting Career Development, Thought Leadership, and helping them move forward in their careers.

Receiving this award fills me with an overwhelming sense of joy and pride. It is a humbling experience to be recognized among such accomplished women researchers from around the world. This award is not just a personal achievement but a reflection of the support and encouragement I have received from my colleagues, mentors, and the academic community.

As I move forward, I am more determined than ever to uphold the vision and mission of our esteemed JSS AHER. I am committed to continuing my efforts in research, education, and community engagement, contributing to the advancement of orthodontics, and empowering more women in the field.
