Dr. Akila Prashant, Prof & HOD of Biochemistry received award from ICMR for Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology and Regenerative Medicine as Collaborating center of Excellence (CCoE) on 4th Nov.2023. This award is issued with the objective to develop guidelines, undertake multicentric projects, and enhance capacity building efforts. Additionally, it is important to note that the available resources in each of the CCoEs will be shared among all the centres for the purpose of student training and research. Ours is one among 25 centres from 128 centres applied for this recognition of centre of excellence.
