The diabetes day dental education program for patients was held on 21/11/2023 at the Department of Periodontology, JSS Dental College & Hospital, JSSAHER. It started with the inaugural lighting of the lamp and the chief guest Dr Dakshyayini M R , Principal of JSS Dental College & Hospital addressed the gathering. Our chief guest encouraged the patients to assimilate the information given by the resource faculty during the dental education program to help reduce stress in diabetes & periodontitis. The welcome address was given by Dr. Sheela Kumar Gujjari, HOD, Department of Periodontology. Two dental education lectures were arranged on stress and its management and a workshop on Meditation and Wellness
