JSSCP, Ooty - With the blessings of HH Swamiji and guidance from the leadership of JSSMVP & JSSAHER, a Two Days National Seminar on 'Current Status and Future Perspectives of Precision Medicine' was successfully organized by Dept. of Pharmacy Practice on 1 - 2 Sep 2023 with the financial support of DBT-CTEP, New Delhi, JSSAHER, Mysuru & IPA, Nilgiris Local Branch.

Highlights :

Inauguration was graced by Professors of our sister concern at JSSCPM, Dr K Bangarurajan, Ex Dy. Drugs Controller, CDSCO, New Delhi (Chief Guest) and Dr C Saravana Babu, Director, Center for Experimental Pharmacology & Toxicology, JSSAHER (Guest of Honor).

Dr.Vikram Gota, HoD, Dept. of Clinical Pharmacology, ACTREC - TATA Memorial Centre, Mumbai delivered keynote address on 'Precision Medicine in Oncology'.

8 eminent speakers from JIPMER, Pondicherry; MAHE, Manipal & JSSAHER delivered talks on various facets of Precision Medicine.

About 100 e-Posters & Oral Presentations by the delegates and award of meritorious papers.

More than 400 registered delegates comprising students, researchers and faulty from 23 colleges across the country participated.
