The essential service provider in any health care service is the Nursing Professionals, they can contribute immensely in health care research however in India, they have limited opportunities to access training in research and collaborate. Dr M Kishor Prof & Head of Psychiatry Department JSSMC & JSSAHER, Psychiatric Social Work Assistant Professor Dr PC Pradeep Kumar conducted workshop on Foundation in Research, Publication and Grant Proposal for JSS Nursing School Faculty on 9 August 2023. The chief guest of the program was JSS Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr C P Madhu and Dr Praveen Kulkarni, Vice Principal ( Paraclinical) JSSMC, JSSAHER All faculty participated enthusiastically.
