Department of Clinical Psychology & Yoga, JSS Medical College & Hospital, JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru have organized a programme in observance of “International Yoga Day” on 21st June 2023 between 6.30 to 8:30 am at Suttur Sri Kshetra on the theme 'Yoga for Vaishiava Kutumbakam'.

The special emphasis in the programme was on “Yoga for Student Mental Health' to ensure better physical, mental & spiritual health among students with average and special abilities.

Around 2500+ students of JSS schools participated and practised Yoga from 6.30 to 7.30 AM. The programme was preceded and followed by the talks of the dignitaries.

Chief Guest, Sri S. P. Udayashankar Sir, Administrative Officer, JSS Institutions, Suttur and Guests of Honour, Dr. B. Manjunatha Sir, Registrar and Dr Vishal Kumar Gupta Sir, Dean Academic, JSS AHER had their gracious presence and blessings throughout the programme.
