World Schizophrenia Awareness Day - was held on May 24th 2023.

Organised by Department of Psychiatry JSSMC, JSSAHER. Psychiatry PGs presented “Narratives in Schizophrenia” & “Recording of Public Awareness on Schizophrenia in Seven Languages” was done.

Dr.H.Basavana Gowdappa, Principal. JSS Medical College was guest of honour. Dr.C.P.Madhu, Medical Superintendent, JSS Hospital and Dr.Manthappa, Vice Principal. (Clinical), JSS Medical College were Guests. Dr.M.Kishor, Prof & HOD, Department of Psychiatry, welcomed all and mentioned the services carried out by the department. Dr.Shivanand Manohar, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry coordinated the event.
