The faculty development program (FDP) was organized by IQAC, JSS AHER, for three days - on the 17th, 22nd, and 24th of February 2023. The program was promoted by Invited guests Dr Madhu M., Deputy Dean Research, JSSAHER, Dr. Madhusudan Purohit, Dean, IQAC, JSS AHER, and Dr. Praveen Kulkarni, Associate Dean, IAQC, JSS AHER, and Dr. Sunil Kumar D., Coordinator IQAC (Medical College), JSS AHER, Mysore. Invited Guests introduced the faculty development program and the necessity of it in the present era for the development of high-quality research in the institution.
