Two days International Conference PharmaNEST 3’E, on “Professional Development and Advanced Training in Artificial Intelligence driven Drug Design, Discovery and Development” was Organized on 14thand 15th October 2022 at Department of Pharmaceutical chemistry, JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty in association with Operant Pharmacy Federation.

It was Inaugurated on 14th October 2022 with welcome dance, Tamilthai vazhthu and prayer song by students followed by lighting lamp by dignitaries.. Dr. R. Kalirajan, HoD, Dept of Pharmaceutical chemistry and Organizing secretary of PharmaNEST delivered the welcome address. Dr. Vikram Choudhary, Chairman & Founder, Operant Pharmacy Federation explains about the Genesis of Conference and about OPF. Dr. S.P. Dhanabal Principal, JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty and convener of PharmaNEST explains the highlights and achievements of JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty. Dr. B. Manjunatha, Registrar, JSS AHER, Mysuru was delivered the Presidential Address and Prof. Navin Sheth, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad delivered Chief Guest keynote address. In his talk, he was explained about the importance of AI in the drug discovery. The conference Souvenir was released by the dignitaries followed by three new herbal products are launched. OPF annual awards in various category was distributed by the dignitaries. Finally, Dr. S. Jubie, Associate Professor, Dept. of Pharm. Chemistry and Chairman, Scientific committee, PharmaNEST delivered the vote of thanks.
