JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru and Centre for Science and Technology of the Non Aligned and other Developing Countries (NAM S&T Centre) are joining hands to work with NAM countries in the field of science and technology. Dr Amitava Bandyopadhyay, Director General, NAM S&T Centre visited JSSAHER sand held discussions with the leadership on various initiatives that can be taken up under this cooperation. Some of the areas identified are - 1. Water Resources and Gender diversity 2. Non Communicable Diseases 3. Industry 4.0 impact on Pharma Sector 4. Medicinal Plants and Natural resources for Drug Discovery Both the organisations will plan and organise publications , virtual meetings, exchange programs and fellowships. Dr CG Betsurmath, Executive Secretary, Dr B Suresh, Pro Chancellor, Dr Surinder Singh Vice Chancellor and Dr Manjunath, Registrar and the Deans of Faculty from different disciplines participated in the meeting.
