JSS AHER has always believed that to enhance the quality of education you must create leaders who believe in themselves and the philosophy of quality. Towards realizing this, we had organized leadership programmes that were a resounding success. While waiting for the next in person leadership conclave to happen JSS AHER felt that it is important to connect with its leaders and share some thoughts with them in meeting the challenges that loom ahead of the beginning of the academic year. This leadership connect Master class with the theme “Good Ideas to Great Execution”, aimed at imbibing the qualities of leadership among the Heads of the Departments and provided insights into lessons from Covid, student experiences, Academic Quality Assurance, examples of responses from academic leaders, changes in the regulatory landscape, etc. The Master Class helped them gather good ideas and execute them effectively in their departments.
